I have updated the User Guide Status file to remove all reference to v3.4.1 accuracy checks and added accuracy check with v4.1.0. Please update this file when you make changes to any of the user guide pages by adding ~~~~~ to the check that you did on any page. This will add your name and a date and time stamp. This way we know what has been done and by whom.
