Steven; I reviewed both the sections and in general they look good. That entire document would benefit from more screen shots form the sections they describe. This is just a general comment not specific to your work and can be addressed separately. As to you content it looks good. My on general comment would be where an options panel is divided into sections instead of doing say User Interface - Scaling and User Interface - Icon size and style at the same heading do a level 3 User Interface and under that do level 4 scaling, icon, size etc. I hope that I am being clear.
