Is the path to the options menu consistent across all operating systems in the AOO UI

I was reviewing the sections on options at 
http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/UserGuide/Options and 
noticed that the path is referenced as Tools --> Options. Now this is a 
correct path for a Windows operating system, but as memory serves me Mac 
and Linux operating systems usually have a different path. Is this true 
with the AOO UI? If they are different there should be a note added to 
the docs explaining that. I only have access to a windows machine so I 
cannot check myself.
