I tried your suggestion and it looks a lot better "It is important to note that the drop down menu "Category" can be edited. For example, if you want "Data" instead of "Table", you can click over the white box where the word "Table" is, and edit the text in the box to create another category " In addition, I "broke" the page on two sections ("Creating and Customizing Tables" and "Number Recognition and Data Operations"), to start talking about number recognition on tables on Writer and how to operate with data on cells. I know nothing about those arguments (I always disable number recognition and do not do any calculations on a Writer table) so someone else needs to complete that part.
