Hello, I just signed up as a documentation volunteer. I work at IBM. I have almost 20 years experience in education and support - writing user documentation and courses, and delivering classes in a variety of software. In the past 5 years, I've worked extensively on Lotus Symphony, so I feel right at home in OpenOffice.
