Maybe just a bit overkill... :)

What about a "status page" on the wiki? Maybe a table with links to every
single page on the guide and columns to identify who is working, where and
which is the status of every page.

I can think on the following columns:

page link
short description/notes
volunteers
status

Maybe we can set a "list of codes" to simplify the status column

Anything else?

I'm a bit short of time these days, so I cannot start this page right now,
sorry.
