Something to consider:

So long as Alexandro is receiving mail from the list, he is certainly
subscribed.

However, the current "acolorado @ gmail.com on behalf of Alexandro Colorado
<jza @ oooes.org>" may have details that have the post not recognized as being
from his subscription e-mail.

To allow those onto the list, without having Alexandro subscribed multiple
times, I believe you can do this:

 1. When the moderation request comes to your inbox as moderator, do a Reply
All.
 2. This should have both the reject and the accept reply addresses in the post
back to the list (one as the To:, the other as the Cc:).
 3. Send that to the list robot. The intended effect is to accept all further
posts from that individual without moderation (and without adding a
subscription).

If that doesn't work, there may be a problem with the doc@ o.a.o mailing-list
setup.
