FYI, we did not publish a -04 which does have some changes queued in it that I was waiting to hear the results of the consensus conclusions you mentioned. I'll go publish it now. It doesn't have any changes related to the issue Paul wants to discuss however. [to some extent it seemed like we had some consensus that eased MAY level publication should be acceptable...
