Mark wasn't able to make it to IETF/hackathon in person this time, but I'm
sharing the results of his preliminary greasing experiments, which I think
the group should find useful. Operators of the identified auth servers may
want to take note (perhaps this should be shared on the dns-operations list
too).

The BADVERS response was not clearing the final reserved header bit
(2001:7fd::1, 2001:500:1::53
and 2a01:3f0:400:8000::32).

Additionally the question section was not included in the BADVERS response
from 2001:500:2d::d.
