Given that we have an implementation of it and it is important to inform users of reasons why a certain domain is blocked I do support this being published. I wish there would be more user actionable content, as you may recall our joint implementation with Vodafone displayed a block page, but understand the security implications that has and why it was removed. Given that the draft defines registries for all of that maybe we can come up with something down the road. I do like the idea that Stephane brought up of adding a field with a language tag.
