After the presentation by regext this week it turned out that this work can be also of interest of dnsop WG.

https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-kowalik-regext-domainconnect/I was also asked by few people already about applicability of Domain Connect for other use cases, like provisioning parent-side RRs through registrar channel (DNSSEC bootstrapping, change of delegation etc.). This is not yet covered but an interesting future work IMHO.
