PS:  Some DNSBLs use stunt servers that synthesize the answers, but some 
are normal DNS zones.  In those cases, if they list, say, 12.34/16, the 
zone will contain *.34.12.dnsbl.whatever.  It is simply false to assert 
that the dots are not useful.
