All The SVCB document has been returned from the RFC Editor, and we thank Warren for doing all the crazy process stuff to make this happen. The authors have made the changes - removing the references to ECH (and I thank them for doing this quickly and efficiently). They are creating a separate document describing the ech flags for SVCB, with the plan to submit into the TLS working group.

Because of this, we're starting a week Working Group Last Call on draft-ietf-dnsop-svcb-https, to have the WG confirm the changes removing the references has not caused other issues. What is not on the table to discuss during the WGLC are other changes to the document. This is from Warren, so if there are issues with that, please include him in any discussions.
