I'd like to thank the WG for all of their help, feedback and input on
this document, the people who implemented (both resolver and "client"
side), and the chairs for running the process.

As stated previously, Terry will be the responsible AD, and I will
recuse myself if and when it hits the IESG.

I don't think the execution is relevant when it was obviously a bad
idea in the first place.
This is like putting rabid weasels in your pants, and later expressing
regret at having chosen those particular rabid weasels and that pair
of pants.
