The two that were discussed were:
1) No update needed: _is-ta-<tag-index> and _not-ta-<tag-index> are
fine. The problem that Warren reported of BIND not allowing the
underscore is easily fixed in BIND's configuration.
2) Some prefix other than <letter><letter><hyphen><hyphen> because of
RFC 5891.
My preference is #1 because, in general, a label starting with _ has
been meant for infrastructure, and that's what these labels are. Others
might like #2 so they don't have to add configuration to BIND (and maybe
other authoritative servers).
