Thank you very much, yes you are 100% right about the intended goal of the
IVIPTR RR.
About Section 3 and 4, I totally agreed, and will explain it with more
clarity specially the query processing. I am currently working on POC and
in the next version of draft before uploading it I will resolve all the
concerns on the mailing list.
