I'm mostly sending comments about specific points that the document makes, that I think I understand at a surface level, but I don't think I understand the implications in a few cases, so, that's what I included in my ballot. I think the document is clear enough on "claimed to be the list of problems that people have asserted exist", and even if I didn't think that was a fine basis for this document, I wouldn't dream of suggesting that the authors change the criteria for what's included.
