Some browsers are still doing "transitional" UTS#46, it is time
they move on. In up to date releases:
Firefox: Already UTS#46 non-transitional
Safari: Already UTS#46 non-transitional
Chrome: Still broken:

Postfix and Exim have also moved on to UTS#46 non-transitional.
