I don't see anywhere that CLASS is NOT set to ANY, so it looks like CLASS
could just as easily be ignored or set to the real class, except that the
end of 4.1 has the note:

   [OG] Can we use a bit from header or OPT record?  Or can we just use
   "Class | 0x8000" to signal that?

Or is it implied that setting the CLASS to ANY indicates that these records
are special, and that other MIXFR records would have the real CLASS to
distinguish them?  If so, I missed it when I read it.
