The way to solve a complex problem is "divide and conquer".

The obvious point of division is the caching resolver.

You insisting on not to divide the problem but to keep the
problem complex and rely on complicated tools is not
acceptable not even by end users.

I mean professional DNS operators, as here is DNSOP.
