The IANA assigns it for use by "netwall for emergency broadcasts", which I've never heard of, so I'd just leave it there. 5353 is probably ok, a lot of people use it, but if you want run avahi (linux) or Bonjour (mac) on your host, you might have some issues. I just avoid it on principal, when I installed avahi on my home ubuntu server that bit me, so I don't want to deal with that again.
