Whalebone is leading the consortium rolling-out the DNS4EU project,
which includes 13 public and private companies that are building a
European DNS resolver that should become a publicly accessible cloud
resolver with multiple IP addresses, on-premises resolver for mobile
network operators and ISPs, a platform for exchange of local threat
intelligence, and premium services for public and private networks and ISPs.
The project will be implemented in multiple phases spanning a duration
of 3 years, with January 2024 marking the halfway point. In the webinar
we will discuss the goals of the project, the members, progress, impact
on the ISP sector and the application of EU legislation with the
necessary content filtering. During the webinar there will be ample room
to ask questions and discuss the impact of the project. Amongst the
confirmed speakers are Adam Merka (Whalebone), Lorenzo Bracci
(Whalebone) and Hans Graux (Timelex).
