I have one question though - since you have couple of ranges in there
and several measurements you might know the answer - out of the
1230-1399 size range - how many of them are getting fragmented along
the way?

I guess you are not setting the DF bit right now, so I am interested whether
you have numbers (or you could measure them) what would be the impact
if both parties (client and server) also set the DF bit on outgoing and what
would be the increased drop rate?
