Looks like something is telling someone to look in the *wrong* modules
directory.  Should be 4.9.0-7-amd64 if you ask me.  Any chance you (or
some add-on package) have made configuration changes that use a
hard-coded kernel version?

The ufw package files don't mention 4.9 anywheren nor do they use uname
anywhere.  The latter might have been used to embed a hard-coded kernel
version.
