*.mirror.devuan.org, amprolla.devuan.org, and packages.devuan.org are based on the original amprolla, which takes about 20 hours to do a merge. So these can be late on updates. pkgmaster.devuan.org, deb.devuan.org and *.deb.devuan.org are a new set of mirrors (14 in total) all based on the second amprolla rewrite (amprolla3), which does a full merge in a few minutes and incremental ones in a few seconds (every 2 minutes). The latter set of mirrors will be the default for ascii. They can also be used in jessie, but you need to install a recent devuan-keyring package for that.
