It's there only because it initially seemed that some login managers would need it, but in fact this is not the case. The -consolekit and -elogind ones are more than enough, and all the DMs and login managers available can work with one or the other (some with either of them). We just need to fix the deps to allow a clean upgrade to the new polkit-1 backends. That's clearly a problem.
