Beware, a hybrid partition table is notoriously fragile, and support for it in tools is sketchy even when a tool is advertised to do it. On the other hand, this is the only way to boot Windows from a >2TB disk on a non-UEFI machine, and the hell I'm giving crap I'm booting once a quarter any space on SSD on my home box. Thus: this can be done, but it'll bite you in the ass and probably is not worth your time.
