I've installed Devuan_jessie_1.0.0-beta_amd64_CD.iso from USB stick onto an older MacBook Pro and it installs.
One question I have is that it seems to install the base system from the net rather than taking the base packages from the ISO image. Later, "select and install software" downloads from the net, too, but that is expected to a certain extent unlike for the base system. I was kind of hoping that the base installation would use the ISO image, is there a way to set it to use what's in the ISO image before going out to the net? Other than that, it runs as normal.
