Well if you want to install the init yourself (and not through apt which is what I assume you mean) I'd suggest trying out the instructions here: http://www.troubleshooters.com/linux/init/manjaro_experiments.htm#getting_epoch_running first. It's definitely an easy thing to follow. After that I'd take a look at other online resources as well.
