Same problem here in Australia, ISP is Optus. Haven't been working since the new website/beta.
The problem is with your provider routing apparently: % dig devuan.org @ns200.anycast.me. dig: couldn't get address for 'ns200.anycast.me.': not found $ ping 46.105.207.200 PING 46.105.207.200 (46.105.207.200) 56(84) bytes of data. ^C --- 46.105.207.200 ping statistics --- 2 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 1007ms The traceroute show that the link through Japan has problems: 10 203.208.174.41 (203.208.174.41) 186.409 ms 203.208.131.29 (203.208.131.29) 192.998 ms 181.536 ms 11 203.208.173.34 (203.208.173.34) 179.799 ms 203.208.173.46 (203.208.173.46) 179.549 ms 203.208.173.34 (203.208.173.34) 179.868 ms 12 ix-xe-0-1-2-0.tcore2.PDI-Palo-Alto.as6453.net (66.198.144.41) 184.709 ms 187.327 ms 186.229 ms 13 if-ae-9-2.tcore1.TV2-Tokyo.as6453.net (180.87.180.18) 293.780 ms 294.408 ms 292.886 ms 14 te1-1.tky-1-6k.jp.asia (178.32.134.252) 767.078 ms 756.062 ms 902.274 ms 15 * * * 16 * * * So it probably is the same reason it doesn't work for you in Taiwan, not your ISP, but a problem with Devuan ISP routing through asia/oceania. 46.105.207.200 is ns200.anycast.me according to my webserver in france where everything works: ; <<>> DiG 9.8.4-rpz2+rl005.12-P1 <<>> devuan.org @ns200.anycast.me ;; global options: +cmd ;; Got answer: ;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 44523 ;; flags: qr aa rd; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 1, AUTHORITY: 0, ADDITIONAL: 0 ;; WARNING: recursion requested but not available ;; QUESTION SECTION: ;devuan.org.
