In case anyone here is still avidly following this, Debian 7 "Wheezy"
is officially turning into Long Term Support (LTS) on the 26th of
April of this year[1]. According to the same Debian LTS announcement,
this last outpost of systemd-free Debian will remain LTS until the
31st of May 2018, hence 27 months from now.

Hopefully by that May 2018 deadline for the remaining systemd-free
Debian LTS, some devs on their LTS Team[2] will actively
co-participate in developing Devuan "ascii"[3] into an _immensely_
stable (e.g., a Beta=<) and functional downloadable ISO[4].
