MLMs get all the attention but please remember my lost census mail example. Anyone who does forwarding is damaged by DMARC because there are a lot of people who do DMARC on the cheap with SPF only. There is a lot of fowarding, both the pobox style stuff and people who collect mail from other places at big webmail providers.
