Hey folks, The big changes are XML cleanups from Ale, and then Scott's privacy section. Thanks to both of them for the contributions. Ale's changes are throughout various portions of the document, and include some changes to whitespace, structure, and the way the XML in managed in the document repository. Thanks for your feedback.
