I posted a pull request with changes to the aggregate schema.
The schema starts like so:

<xs:schema xmlns:xs="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema";
targetNamespace="http://dmarc.org/dmarc-xml/0.2";
xmlns="http://dmarc.org/dmarc-xml/0.2";
elementFormDefault="qualified">
Rather than "http://dmarc.org/dmarc-xml/0.2"; I'd use something like
"urn:ietf:params:xml:schema:dmarc", which can be specified in a IANA
Consideration Section, according to RFC 3688. The IANA page is here:
