None of the ccTLDs registry operators would call or consider themselves 
"ICANN-authorized". The original authorisation to use the namespace is very 
separate to ICANN having any general authority over them. Further, it’s likely 
to be confused with the more common term "ICANN-accredited", which refers to a 
sub-set of domain registrars, not registries.

I think a better and more inclusive term would be "Internet Domain Registry".
