You don't say what hosting mechanism you are using. Shouldn't be too hard with Apache/mod_wsgi. Anything behind Apache shouldn't be too hard actually as it could be likely be done quite easily using some mod_rewrite magic without the Python application or Python hosting mechanism being involved.
