Did you come across: http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pb.recipes.pydev ?

Also, add the <buildout_dir>/bin folder to your path (or pythonpath)
to get access to the scripts.

If you are using Virtualenv, select virtualenv's python script as
interpreter in Preferences-> Pydev->Interpreters.
