OK, here are the stuff ive discovered so far. I did the silly mistake of putting <location..> in the htaccess file.. If you are setting up a django app setting with htaccess you dont need the <location.. > tag. Just the directives inside.
Also the Python directives are not recognised because the mod_python is not installed/enabled. Ill have to contact the hosting company about that (UK2.net).
