So really, that file doesn't exist.  What is the real full name of the file
you have created?  It is somehow different than the result of combining the
template directory you have specified with the template name you have
specified.  Possibly you forgot to put it under polls/? Or made a typo in
the name. Or...? But there is something that doesn't match in the
name/location of the file you have created and how you have told Django to
find this template file.
