I think the answer to that is probably "it depends". 1. Permanent or contractor? 2. What country? 3. Often it even matters what city? 4. How much experience do they have?
It's probably best for you to look at job adverts and see what they are offering. Some listings on http://djangogigs.com include the salary/budget.
