it's very simple ( if you have root access to your host ) just create a directory with the name : ".python-eggs" in ther "/" ( root directory ) and change it owner to the apache user ( the user who run apache ). ( if you don't have root access ) change you mod_wsgi or mod_python settings tu use onother dir for its egg cache i thinks its settings is in apache.conf
