As for .NET, if you're used to something like Django or most PHP frameworks, you might want to check out ASP.NET MVC, as opposed to standard ASP.NET, aka webforms. ASP.NET MVC uses a programming model like Django's. And as Kristaps has been saying - IronPython might be worth looking at too.
