I have the following code in model manager

class SpotMessageManager(models.Manager):

      def for_user(self, user, start = 0, end = None, friends ):
            messages = self.filter(user = user).order_by
('date_added').reverse()
            ...

friends is a list of users, and I want the query set to include the
user and all the friends in the list. What is the best way to do this?
