No. It generally should be sufficient to use the --with-python option
to 'configure' script when building mod_wsgi. There shouldn't be a
need to set WSGIPythonHome if that is done properly.
In short though, mod_wsgi MUST be compiled from source code against
the version of Python you want to use. You cannot take a version of
mod_wsgi originally compiled against Python 2.3 and point it at Python
2.6 by specifying WSGIPythonHome.
