It looks like you have 2 slashes on the line for tiny_mce.js: <script type="text/javascript" src="/tiny_mce//tiny_mce.js"></script>
...should read: <script type="text/javascript" src="/tiny_mce/tiny_mce.js"></script> Hopefully that's it.
