Oops - that's a little bit out of date. Thanks for the heads-up :)
It's now updated to reflect how it's actually served: nginx/fastcgi on
a Rimuhosting VPS.

If you find this is anything to do with the way the site is being
served, I'd love to know so I can fix it. My other sites are served in
a pretty similar way, so if one has issues I'd assume the rest would
be on shaky ground too.
