Has anybody done any work on writing a Django auth backend for an existing VBulletin[1] website? I have a need to utilize the existing user database in a Django project and would appreciate not having to reinvent the wheel. My google-fu has failed me on this one, so it may not exist.
Any other examples of writing an auth backend for existing PHP apps would also be appreciated. Particularly implementations of single sign-on using the PHP/VBulletin generated cookie.
