What does CTRL+F5 do for my browser? sorry I developed in Mac, hence
Safari.
I also tried closed the browser and restart the server by ./manage.py
runserver again, even restart the computer.

The problem is still exist.

But browse the apache2 server, e.g. 192.168.0.2(my ip) rather than
localhost works fine.
