Bruno: Thanks, I think that is exactly what I needed. I thought that I might need a model for the entries (you called them PersonItem), but I wasn't sure since I'm new to this kind of programming and thought there might be a more efficient way.
Dan: Just imagine a spreadsheet, like OpenOffice Calc or MS Excel. But with two values per intersection (cell) instead of one.
