Open a ticket. This is a bug.

A number of aspects of flatpages URL resolving has changed since 0.96,
to better handle redirects with trailing slashes, so it isn't going to
be a one-character fix (I can pretty much imagine what is going wrong
and fixing it might be a small pain).
